Refund policy

 


  • We do not offer exchange. As your products are made FOR YOU with size provided by you. But, you can -
  1. Take refund in the form of a gift card issued against the value of your order which will be valid for 12 months.
  • we do not provide exchange as the product you receive is custom made for you and is of no use to any of our other customers.
  • Refund can only be processed in the form of a store credit (Valid for a period of 12 months) against the value of your order. We do not offer refunds to bank account.

  • How to initiate the refund request?

    • The customer must initiate the exchange request via email mrigdhi@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • The email must mention details - Order Id, Address, Reason for Refund in the form of Gift card.
    • Our customer care agent will get in touch with you to assist you in the process in case of an query.
    • We will offer a reverse pickup facility at an additional cost.
    • The refund process will be initiated only when we receive the parcel at our warehouse and the product has been checked & approved for refund by our quality control team. The product must be in original condition with all tags intact.
    • Please note that the entire process can take anywhere between 5-12 days.
    • The customer have to pay for any related shipping costs.

    Shipping Time
    Since each product is made on order, we dispatch products within 10-15 business days of placing the order.
    Cancellation Policy

    We do not entertain any cancellations once the order has been placed as our products are made to order.
    We reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit.
